With a Morvelle electric bioclimatic pergola system you take control of the air flow, sunlight and shade and also protect yourself from rainfall too. Electric operated, aluminium louvre blades, built into a high quality aluminium profile framework work together to create a perfect outdoor covered space, with a roof you control via a handset or smartphone app. Rainwater drainage is within the roof structure to collect and disperse the water efficiently.
Proudly manufactured in the UK and currently the only electric pergola system manufactured in the UK at a bespoke facility in Hampshire. Any parts or additional materials are easily obtained rather than having to wait for shipment from Europe or the Far East.
The real weather protection comes from adding additional products to one or more sides of the structure, such as sliding glass doors or electric vertical fabric zip screens. Control the wind and air flow inside and create a perfect outdoor room for use most of the year round.
This system is ideal for both commercial and domestic applications with heavier duty louvre blades and frame profiles, pre finished in high quality powdercoat colours.
A 24V electric motor concealed within the perimeter beam rotates the blades open and closed with a rotation of up to 110 degrees for maximum control of light and air flow.
The stand alone pergola has 4 posts at any of the sizes offered, with a choice of the length (width) in standard sizes based on the number of blades, with the projection in a standard size selection, but also availabel purpose made at no extra cost, just call or email us for an exact price and offer. Choose your rotation direction when ordering based on your position to the prevailing winds or sun movement. You can wall mount the pergola with the blades either adjacent or perpendicular to your wall. The standard system is a stand alone structure so you choose how you build and position your blades and rotation..
Colours
As standard the pergola is supplied in matt textured Anthracite Grey (RAL7016), or you can choose from a wide range of other RAL colours for a small extra surcharge, with the louvre blades also available in a different colour if required, to suit.
Pergola systems can be coupled together for larger spaces. 6m x 2, end to end to cover 12m length and width 4.5m maximum, or side by side at 5m maximum and 3m x 2 maximum, to provide a 5m x 6m system. Prices for this on application.
A 10 year warranty provides peace of mind and each system is manufactured in the UK, making it unique and the first UK manufactured louvre pergola system. The 10 year warranty is provided with every pergola, with a 2 year warranty on motor and electrical parts. The highest grade 6063-T6 aluminium used, with premium quality powder coating to Qualicoat industry standard is the basis for the guaranteed quality.
Most of the year round there is a 4 week lead time for this pergola, with a 2 person delivery service for minimal stress.
Aluminium profile stand alone or wall mounted pergola structure with electric operated louvre blade roof. Blades are patented click fit mechanism for easiest installation. Aluminium blades are manufactured from a single extrusion with a central reinforced wall for added strength.
Louvre blades can rotate up to 110 degrees and you choose clockwise or anti clockwise rotation when wall mounted to suit you needs on site.

The unit as a wall mounted unit can be installed with the 6m length against the wall and the blade then perpendicular or with the 4.5m width against the wall with the blades parallel to the wall.
Coupled units can be configured to either join end to end at a maximum of 12m x 4.5m or side by side to a maximum of 5m x 6m
Sizes and Dimensions
All the dimensions for ordering the pergola refer to the outside structural dimensions of the framework. The posts are supplied at 3m long as standard and can be cut to suit on site and take up any out of level ground or you can select a height in our online shop.
The ‘height’ refers to the very top of the structure framework and the main outer fascia profile height is 200mm. E.g. If you have a 2800mm high unit, the underside of the gutter profile will be 2600mm and this is the clear daylight opening from floor to the underside of the profile.
The maximum height for the sliding glass doors is 2500mm, so if you want to fit glass sliding doors at the same time or later on you need the maximum overall height for the structure to be 2700mm.
The support posts are 160mm x 160mm at al structure sizes
Colours
The standard colour for the Pergola framework and louvre blades is matt textured Anthracite grey (RAL7016). Other RAL colours are available on request at a small extra charge for both the framework and the blades. You can also request the blades in a different colour to the framework.
Optional Extras:
The installation of any of the aluminium structures would be quite simple if walls were straight and floors were totally level and solid with a thick concrete base, but they are not.
This pergola system is manufactured to a high standard, unlike many low price imported systems, so to a skilled tradesman or proficient DIYer, it is perfectly possible to install.

The pergola system is supplied with all components ready to assemble with only the support posts which may need cutting or adjusting with spacers as it is extremely important the structure is level and also very well fixed to a solid ground base. Ideally you have a concrete pad under each support leg or even a complete concrete base for the whole structure to sit on.
If you are using a wall mounted system then the wall plate needs to fix to a level and solid structurally sound wall as well. The system will be under great strains in high winds so it is important the pergola is fixed to a solid base and wall.

Any infill for the sides have their own installation instructions and again it is worth remembering the open sides need to be totally square when complete to make additional product installations simpler.
10 year warranty on the structure and components, excluding the motor and lighting components, which are 2 years.
Electric fabric zip blinds have a 5 year warranty.
